Girls:

• Stick  (when purchasing make sure it’s a womens’ stick)
• Protective eyewear (approved by US Lacrosse)
• Cleats (recommended)
• Mouth Guard   (white or clear not allowed)

Boys:

• Helmet
• Shoulder/chest pads
• Arm/Elbow guards
• Gloves
• Rib pads
• Stick
• Athletic supporter/sliders with hard cup
• Cleats (recommended)
• Mouth Guard (clear/white not allowed)
